Care

Always remove your jewellery when applying perfume, lotions and creams, or even better, always wear your jewellery last when dressing.

Be sure to wash off any chemicals that come into contact with your jewellery immediately.

Store your jewellery separately so they don't rub or scratch against each other.

Avoid wearing your jewellery during strenuous physical activity to prevent perspiration from dulling the metal.

Remove your jewels before bathing in the sea or in the pool, salt and chlorine damage metals.

Avoid using alcohol especially with coloured jewellery since it can cause colours to faint away.

Delivery & Returns

Any order will be processed the next working day and we work to deliver it as soon as possible.
In case of pre-order, the order will be processed after the 3-week time of production.
For customized orders, the order will be processed after the personalization time that will takes from 2 to 4 days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The return policy does not apply for customized orders.
