Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on eera.com, you agree to the following terms.

 


 

Return Request

 

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days after the product’s delivery. Requests made after this period will not be authorized.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • in the same condition as received,
  • unworn, unused, with all original tags attached,
  • returned in its original packaging with all protective materials.

 

Items missing the protective tag or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 


 

Return Process & Costs

 

Before sending any item back, please email us at contact@eera.com to obtain a return authorization and confirm the correct shipping address.
Any product returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

The buyer is responsible for all return-related fees, including transport, customs duties, and taxes both in the destination and in Italy.

 


 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

 

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

 

  • Pre-orders (items produced specifically upon request for the client); these are considered custom orders and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Special orders, personalized or customized items.

 

If you have any doubt about the eligibility of your order for return, please contact us before purchasing.

 


 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

 


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
