Shipping Policy
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 10:00am - 6:00pm.
Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day. Shipping time refers to business days only and it starts form the pick-up notification emails.
We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly
as possible.
To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@eera.com within 12 hours from the placement of your order.
Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 12 hours window.
Sarà S.r.l. uses third party logistics companies - in particular DHL and Ferrari S.p.a. - to ship its goods. Please write to customercare@eera.com to verify cost and timing of shipping.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.
If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for the foreseen days and will contact you to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within 2 (two) days, the package will be returned to us at your expenses.
Should you refuse the parcel upon delivery, the shipment will be sent back to us at your expenses.
At the time of delivery, you will receive an information email from customerecare@eera.com.with the Tracking Number for the shipment.
On the time of the arrival of shipment, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing the proof of delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign or to refuse the delivery, following the procedure described in the following paragraph.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address customercare@eera.com.
